I'm Francesca — an experienced UX and Digital Products Specialist, Marketing Manager, Website Manager, and advocate for animals of all kinds. My work is driven by a deep desire to make the world a better place for humans and non-human animals alike.

Using a user-centered approach is vital to everything I do, which spans UX research, UX design, and content creation and management. Through my knowledge and expertise in these areas, I've developed a strong track record of delivering successful optimizations to digital products within the non-profit sector. Whether this is through streamlining animal rehoming processes, leading website re-designs, or managing the upgrade of a multi-million pound non-profit donation platform.

I am also a proud animal advocate. I am involved in grassroots campaigning, efforts to pass local animal protection ordinances, and volunteer my marketing and photography skills to help animals find their forever homes.
